Manfood founder Andre Dang said the idea was born out of frustration searching for a decent piccalilli that wasn’t dayglo yellow and simply wet,¬†vinegary mush.

Our products are aimed at the ‘fridge raider’ ravenous from a night out, they are great for putting with whatever you have in your fridge or pantry to create a feast.

Manfood now employ four people and supply Fortnum & Mason as well as various farm shops and independent retailers.
